Hydro
2008 - Conference & Exhibition
Ljubljana, Slovenia - October 2008

The
Hydro 2008 Conference and Exhibition, which attracted over 750
attendees from 62 countries met in Ljubljana, Slovenia in October.
The three day event organised in partnership with The International
Journal on Hydropower & Dams, included presentations from
more than 125 international speakers in parallel sessions as
well as two technical visits.

The
ANE Congress has become Europe's most important strategic
automotive meeting. This year's congress was held in Turin,
Italy. Delegates heard presentations from chairmen, CEOs and
top industry executives from Bentley Motors, General Motors,
Fiat Group, Ford of Europe, Renault, Toyota Motor Europe,
Volkswagen AG, Dassault Systemes, Delphi EMEA, Valeo, etc.

Automotive Hall of Fame Dinner
Geneva, Switzerland - March 2008

The European
Automotive Hall of Fame has a permanent home at Palexpo in Geneva
and inducted its 2007 members during the Geneva auto show at
a dinner at the Hotel InterContinental on 04 March 2008. The
Hall of Fame honors technical, managerial and entrepreneurial
achievements.

Bestfoods Europe, TPM Event
Florence, Italy - June 2004

Unilever
Bestfoods Europe held its TPM Event and Awards Dinner in Florence,
Italy for more than 60 Unilever delegates from 17 countries.
The conference programme took place with the co-operation of
the Salvatore Ferragamo company. The theme of the event was
'Towards Innovative and Creative TPM' and included a creative
marketplace for Unilever sites to show their latest activities
as well as a design workshop run by Polimoda, Florence's top
fashion school. Visits to Salvaltore Ferragamo's palace were
made to see the production of handmade shoes and leather goods
and to understand the organisation's creativity and design processes.

- International Forum on World Class Productivity
Durham, U.K. - October 2003
|

|
The
theme of the Forum was 'Engaging People to Sustain Business
Success' and included 26 interactive sessions delivered by industry
practitioners from some of the most productive and successful
manufacturing organisations in the UK today. Optional extras
included a one day WCM Master Class and a two-day plant tour
visiting Nissan, 3M Aycliffe and Rolls-Royce.

Sunderland, U.K. - April 2002

Held in Sunderland, the U.K.s fastest growing automotive city,
the three day event focused on two important topics created
by the industry's globalisation: the use of world common components
in vehicles and the IT integration between suppliers and OEMs.
Delegates visited TRW Automotive Systems and Nissan Motor
Manufacturing plants located in Sunderland.

Forum Schools Challenge

The
2001 Auto Industry Dialogue was jointly hosted by the DTI Automotive
Directorate, SMMT Industry Forum and Accelerate. Its purpose
was to improve communications between regional organisations,
national policymakers and industry. The exhibition included
an Industry Forum led Schools Challenge, involving two teams
of children from local schools.

News Europe e-Business Conference
smart Plant & Strasbourg, November 2000

The first Automotive News Europe e-Business conference attracted
250 senior executives from across Europe and the USA and was
the most important automotive e-business event held in 2000.
The first day of the programme was held at DaimlerChrysler's
smart plant just outside Hamsbach and included visits to smart's
systems partners.

Industry Forum ShowCase 2000 was a fast moving informative show
providing a sharply focused view on the latest developments
across the supply chain. It included a major exhibition demonstrating
Industry Forum's products and services. Over 1,100 delegates
attended from the automotive industry.

ShowCase 2000

school children and their teachers were invited to attend Youth
ShowCase 2000. The objective was to show the crucial importance
of engineering to society and industry and the exciting career
opportunities available. Prime Minister Tony Blair hosted a group
of school children from Birmingham to mark the occasion.
